Where appropriate, the review may recommend material or thickness alternatives, tolerance adjustments, feature changes, process sequencing or joining methods that improve manufacturability without changing the required function. No-MOQ support is available for suitable engineering prototypes and validation orders, allowing product teams to test geometry, fit, assembly and performance without committing to unnecessary volume. We also support low-volume and bridge production while designs and market demand are being validated.
As quantities increase, the project can transition to repeat production using the approved drawing revision, material specification, manufacturing route and inspection requirements. Tooling, fixtures, process controls and sampling plans are reviewed according to the required volume so scalability does not come at the expense of dimensional stability or quality.

Rapid Prototype Turnaround & Reliable Lead-Time Control
Rapid prototype scheduling begins with confirmation of the drawing, material, process, tolerances, finish and inspection scope. For suitable parts with available material and straightforward processing, prototype production may be completed in as little as 1–3 days; complex assemblies, special materials, tooling or outsourced finishes require additional time.
Before production, the team confirms open technical questions and the planned manufacturing sequence. During production, drawing revision, process status and inspection requirements are controlled against the approved project information. Repeat-production lead time is confirmed project by project according to quantity, capacity, tooling and finishing requirements.
Customer drawings, designs and commercial information are treated as confidential.
Strict IP Protection & NDA Before Technical Review
NDA requirements can be confirmed before detailed technical review or quotation. Customer drawings, CAD files, specifications and commercial information are limited to the personnel involved in engineering review, manufacturing planning, quality control and project communication.
Project files are handled using controlled access and the latest approved drawing revision. Supro MFG does not use customer-specific designs for unrelated projects, and confidentiality requirements can remain in place from prototype development through repeat production.

We prioritize traceable materials, controlled production and verified quality rather than reducing price through unapproved substitutions or omitted inspection. The objective is a competitive total manufacturing cost with lower quality and delivery risk.
We do not set a general minimum order quantity. Suitable projects may begin with a small number of prototypes or validation parts and later transition to low-volume or repeat production. Feasibility and pricing still depend on tooling, material, setup and process requirements.
Before production, we review material availability, tooling, process sequence, inspection scope and required finishing, then establish a project-specific production plan. Progress is monitored against key milestones, and capacity or scheduling risks are escalated when identified. Delivery commitments remain subject to approved requirements and force-majeure events.
